Nicholas Wood, Owner & Operator

Nicholas Wood is a native of North Carolina, but has made Tennessee his home since 2005.  After graduating with honors, he entered the fast-paced world of restaurant management.  He quickly progressed in his field and became General Manager by the age of 20.  This position taught Nicholas the valuable skills of employee management, organization, meeting deadlines and business development.  Most importantly, during this time he learned the value of delivering a unique and memorable product to all of his customers.  
After making the decision to utilize his skills and change his career path, he pursued a career in a field he felt he would enjoy: Real Estate.  As a licensed agent and REALTOR®, Nicholas fully understands the home buying/selling process.  He understands the importance of compliance and attention to detail.  These are the qualities that make him an ideal Contract to Close Agent.
He has worked with many agents and helped them attain their goal of a successful closing.
